We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors and textures may appear slightly different on your screen. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.

LUMORI products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and delivery

4. Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Ritual Membership (Subscription)

The Ritual Membership is a recurring subscription that renews every 6 weeks. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account at lumoriskin.com/account or by emailing lumoriskin@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product formulas — is the property of LUMORI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

LUMORI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
