30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

How to request a return

  1. Email us at lumoriskin@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description.
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for sending the product back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please email us immediately at lumoriskin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and find the best solution for you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different product, request a return and place a new order.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account at lumoriskin.com/account under the Subscriptions section. Alternatively, email us at lumoriskin@gmail.com and we will cancel before your next billing date.
